Rafe Gibson Graduated with an Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M and worked in residential construction before joining his family business in the Resinous Flooring Industry. in 2000, He founded DecoCrete and has been servicing customers with all types of Resinous and Decorative products. In 2017, He founded Resin Advisory, that integrates a blog and consulting services for our industry. Rafe has over 30 years experience installing and managing Resinous and Decorative finishes.
Lois Gibson
1943-2020
Former President; Houston PM
Lois Gibson has been working in the Resinous Flooring Industry for nearly four decades. She and her husband started with Stonhard in 1973 and founded their own installation company in 1982. Lois joined DecoCrete shortly after its inception and has supported the Houston and South Texas market for over 2 decades. Lois worked hard for her customers until her untimely passing in December of 2021. For everyone that knew her, she is irreplaceable and will be greatly missed.

Travis Hamby joined our team in 2006 and has become on of the most valued members. He has vast experience estimating and managing projects as well as problem solving and value engineering.
